Consultations may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice without penalty. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Refunds for services will be considered on a case-by-case basis and must be requested within 14 days of payment. Educational materials and completed consultations are generally non-refundable.
